A stunning deciduous hybrid renowned for large, goblet-shaped blooms of creamy white with a soft pink base. Flowering in early to mid-spring before the foliage emerges, the lightly fragrant flowers reach up to 20 cm across for a breathtaking display. An upright, architectural form with lush green summer foliage turning golden in autumn. Frost-tolerant, pollinator-friendly and low-maintenance — an ideal specimen tree.

Magnolia ‘Galaxy’

A celebrated hybrid magnolia with a strong, upright, pyramidal form and a single straight trunk. In mid to late spring it bears large, tulip-shaped blooms of rich rosy-pink to reddish-purple, lightly fragrant and paler inside. Because it flowers later than most magnolias, the blossoms usually escape spring frosts. Broad, glossy green leaves give it a full, lush canopy through summer. Our largest-calibre trees — ready to make an immediate impact as a street, lawn or feature tree.

Styrax japonicus

A graceful small tree with a light, airy canopy of glossy green leaves held on fine, layered branches. In late spring to early summer it is covered in clusters of fragrant, white, bell-shaped flowers that hang beneath the branches — best admired from below, which makes it a favourite beside patios, paths and entryways. Smooth dark bark and soft yellow autumn colour add interest through the seasons. Compact, low-maintenance and loved by bees.
